By subscribing, you expressly agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Tracking Technologies Policy at the point of purchase.

2. Subscription Purchases

The Service is provided on a subscription basis, with fees outlined on our website. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or other recurring basis via Stripe, our payment processor, in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments must be completed before access is granted.

You will receive an email confirmation from an address ending in @excluded.io upon successful payment. If you do not receive confirmation within 72 hours, verify your payment with your bank or card issuer and contact us.

3. No-Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By subscribing, you waive any and all rights to refunds, including any local or international consumer protection laws, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard at dashboard.excluded.io or by contacting us at support@excluded.io or via our Discord Support Server. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are issued.

5. Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or disputes with Stripe or your bank are prohibited. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@excluded.io or via our Discord Support Server. Initiating a chargeback forfeits your payment and may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Delivery of Services

Subscriptions are delivered digitally via access to our website, Discord community, and related platforms. Access instructions are provided via email from an address ending in @excluded.io or through your account at dashboard.excluded.io. Contact us within 72 hours if you encounter access issues.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Significant changes may be communicated via email or our Discord community. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
